The Views The kitchen, dinning room and living room all access the large raised deck area to give a panoramic view of the gardens and the shoreline. |
The Field Looking north-west from the deck towards the "Picnic Grounds" in the field at the edge of the river where the Loons come to play. |
The Brook The Seure DuMont Brook meanders from the Devils Head Conservation Area across the combined property through the Apple Orchard and the Field to a tidal pool at the edge of the St. Croix. The tidal pool is a shared view of the two properties and is seen here (Left) from the Primary Residence looking west from the deck past the Picnic Grounds across the wetland area that surrounds the pool. Also seen (Right) from the western access road to the Corporate Guest Residence property. The neighborhood Kingfishers, Red-Wing Blackbirds, Bald Eagels and a family of Osprey from the conservation lands are especially fond of this spot. |
The Atlantica GreenSource Corporate Guest Residence A View of the Main House and The Studio seen from the eastern access road to the Primary Residence. Both structures have been fully renovated by Atlantica GreenSource in 2007 and can comfortably host ten or more guests. The twelve acre property is comprised of extensive gardens and lawns that run from the Apple Orchard down to the shore. A stunning view of the tidal pool seen from every window of both the Main House and The Studio looking north across the river to Canada is shown below. |
