The HomeArts Group

The backbone of the ATLANTICA GreenSource organization is the combined power and
experience of the Cannon Square family of affiliated companies.  In 2001, the HomeArts
Corporation of Norwich, Connecticut joined forces with HomeArts Funding Corporation of
Newport, Rhode Island and began buying, developing and managing residential real estate
properties in the most stable markets across the Atlantica Region from Maine to Connecticut.

Below are some recent projects of the combined resources of  HomeArts Group that include,
M. J. Conti Building and Contracting, Alpha Projects, Gurdon Pendleton General Contractors
and HomeArts, LLC.

This classic 'stick-build' duplex in
Downtown Norwich,
Connecticut was an empty lot in
March, 2006 when construction
was begun to meet the demand
for residential housing that has
continued to rise in the area.

The city represents a uniquely
vibrant market propelled by the
multi-billion dollar expansion
programs of the areas two highly
successful gaming establish-
ments; The Foxwoods Resort &
Mohegan Sun Casino Complexes
that have operated in the region
since the 1990's.
The twin two-bedroom units
were finished with all contract
work completed in July.

The property was marketed,
sold and fully leased by new
owners in August of 2006.

Today the home is generally
acknowledged as the center
-piece of a burgeoning new
residential neighborhood in a
once neglected corner of the
city's downtown area.
A new project for the HomeArts Group began in June, 2007 with the acquisition of the
property shown here at 50-56 Hunters Avenue in the Taftville section of Norwich,
Connecticut.

The twelve-unit residential property complex is being methodically upgraded inside and out
and is now fully tenanted.

The work to develop the site and its buildings has been made easier by virtue of the fact that
the new Inside Shop facility for M.J.Conti Building and Contracting is located in a separate
building at the rear of the property.
The Master Carpenter and the
Framing Crew moved in and
they stayed on the job until the
cement hole in the ground was
a house.

Any construction is only as
good as the hands that do the
work and the crew of M.J. Conti
Contracting are second to none.
